Joe Manuel is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
He is Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education & Specialization.
In order to become certified as a Civil Trial Specialist, the lawyer must meet strict criteria regarding the years of practice; participation as lead counsel in jury trials; and must devote a significant amount of his time in trial practice and related activities. Then, the lawyer must pass a written examination administered by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
