Joe Manuel is the "ADR Professor"
Joe was one of the pioneers of On Line CLE who began creating courses in the 1990's that focused upon Alternative Dispute Resolution. He adopted the pen name "The ADR Professor" and these courses became the "ADR Professor Series".
He was one of the presenters at the first ADR Forum in Tennessee. He has been a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Neutral since 1997 and participates in various ADR programs of the US District Courts in Tennessee. Joe is a member of various Arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD)/FINRA. He is the Senior Author of the Tennessee ADR Handbook (The Harrison Co. 1997) and created the Tennessee Mediation Pocket Guide (2000). Joe also trains mediators with Private Dispute Resolution Services, Inc. of Chattanooga.
